Beef gravy

 This is a meal we ate often in my childhood and it happens to be my favorite, my son George 7 loves it too. Guys like it because it’s meaty  I can make it in under a half hour  kid friendly too

Ingredients:

1lb. Ground beef

3beef bullion cubes or1packet of Lipton beefy onion dry soup mix 

1tsp cornstarch 


1cup water

1/4 cup water 

Instructions:

Brown beef in a skillet (fry pan)

Drain grease(use a table spoon to scoop grease into a small cup or dish)

 Add 1cup water  bullion cubes or soup mix,simmer,covered on medium this will give the meat a finer texture 

Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water mix well or your gravy will be lumpy  add to beef stir  well and often 

Serve with:

  White rice or mashed potatoes 

Corn & crescent rolls
