Beef barley soup
First start with beef broth in a stock pot
cut petite sirloin into bite sized pieces
brown meat in a frying pan with 1/4c or 1 pat of butter and diced onion and diced celery cook until tender add all to stock pot with beef broth and add a can of diced potatoes
add 2 cubes of beef bullion and simmer for about an hour or until ready
this meal takes about an hour to prepare so it’s great for weeknights and weekend meals or makes a great Sunday dinner for the family just add more ingredients. You want to simmer as long as possible to reduce the broth and enhance the flavors
serve with crusty bread
