Real food, really easy

I grew up in a middle class household in the suburbs of Boston. Both my parents worked full time all week long. However my mother came home from work every day and cooked a homemade meal. We ate leftovers twice a week. A fresh meal not something from a box or can but real ingredients mixed together to create a good delicious meal. It’s my hope to encourage people to cook more and subsequently become healthier for it.

I learned to cook from watching my mother and grandmother cook but for some people they don’t have that luxury, either because they don’t have anyone to teach them or because they don’t know where to start
